The Franklinturm in Zurich Oerlikon is all about new dimensions: offices and service spaces right by the station – with a flexible design, the best public transport connections and an inspiring view.

The Franklinturm.

Soaring high.

The 80-metre-high Franklinturm, a striking design by Armon Semadeni Architekten from Zurich, is being built on the site of the new Zurich Oerlikon train station. Together with the Andreasturm, it will shape the skyline of the booming district.

Business with future prospects.

The Franklinturm has a total of 14,800 m² of office space and commercial premises in the fields of education, health and IT services. The premises are between 560 m² and 1070 m² in size and can be individually designed. Thanks to the wide range of space available, the Franklinturm offers the best prospects for your business – prestigious, flexible in use and optimally accessible. There is still free office space available. The Franklinturm can be occupied in July 2023.

Optimal location for your customers and employees.

Customers and employees benefit from the direct proximity to the Oerlikon train station, an important public and private transport hub. In addition, the central location offers a great variety of options for shopping, dining or leisure activities.
