New prospects.
The Franklinturm, by renowned architect Armon Semadeni, is distinguished by its extraordinary design proportions and dazzling façade. With a gradual increase in height and cantilevers, the design of the 80-metre-high tower responds to the spatial situation and surrounding buildings, blending into the cityscape.
The new building also sets standards in terms of commercial viability. This includes well-designed use of space and a future-oriented energy efficiency concept in accordance with the ‘DGNB Platin’ label of the Swiss Sustainable Building Council (SGNI).
Behind the Franklinturm’s extraordinary exterior lie light-filled rental units and a high-quality structure that can be individually configured. The spaces on the individual floors can be divided up as per your wishes and requirements – from individual offices and modern office environments to other uses such as medical practices and educational institutions.
